To Help Cinema Fans Weather Cinema Closures… A number of films are being offered by several of the Film Club’s favorite Cinema Partners, (including the Laemmle Theaters, the Frida Cinema, and the Art Theater in Long Beach) enabling you to pick a film, pick a venue you want to support, and then follow that venue’s links to a site where you can access the film via internet streaming-part of the proceeds go to that venue! These screenings are not Film Club offerings, and we are providing this as info for those who might want to access new films at home while supporting our Cinema Partners. Communities can help sustain their cultural treasures by participating in available online events, investing in memberships, and considering any donations within their means.
